Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Peech software service (the “Service”), provided by Peech (“Peech”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You are contracting with Peech.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Peech is a subscription workspace for domain investors, providing portfolio tracking, AI assisted valuation and research, buyer discovery, outbound email tooling, lead and deal management, and reporting. Peech is software only: we do not buy, sell, broker, appraise for legal purposes, or escrow domain names, and AI generated valuations, research and suggestions are estimates for guidance only, not professional, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected, for the duration of your subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
  • send spam, deceptive, harassing or bulk unsolicited messages, or use outbound email features in breach of anti-spam or data protection laws applicable to you;
  • commit or facilitate fraud, impersonation or misrepresentation;
  • infringe the intellectual property, trademark or privacy rights of any third party;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, bypassing technical limits, or scraping data at scale;
  • reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send and the domains and contact data you load into the Service.

4. AI features, inputs and outputs

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate domain valuations, market and trademark research, buyer and funding suggestions, and draft outreach emails (“Outputs”). You are responsible for the prompts, domains, company records and other material you submit (“Inputs”), for confirming you have the rights to submit them, and for reviewing every Output before you rely on it, send it or publish it.

Accuracy. Outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Valuations, wholesale and retail ranges, comparable sales, funding signals and trademark risk flags are estimates for general and educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or trademark advice, are not a recommendation to buy or sell any domain, and must not be used as a substitute for professional advice or a formal appraisal or clearance search. Investment and acquisition decisions are yours alone.

Prohibited AI use. You must not use the AI features to generate or distribute unlawful content, deceptive or impersonating messages, hate speech, harassment, malware, or content that infringes a third party’s trademark or other rights, and you must not attempt to bypass safety filters or usage limits.

Rights and takedowns. As between you and us, you retain the rights you hold in your Inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you the rights we may hold in Outputs generated for you. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique and similar Outputs may be generated for others. Rights holders can report infringing content to peech@peech.org and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringement will result in suspension or termination.

Moderation. We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove Inputs and Outputs, and limit or suspend access to AI features, where we reasonably believe this section has been breached or where required for security, legal or provider-policy reasons.

5. Intellectual property

Peech retains all ownership of the Service and all associated intellectual property, including software, interfaces, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms, together with our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Service availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and features may change over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your outbound messaging, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data during a reasonable window before it is deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peech is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

12. Contact
