What exactly does Peech do?

Peech is a workspace for domain investors: learn the fundamentals in the Academy, research domains before buying, manage your portfolio, discover end-user buyers, find decision-maker contacts, run outreach and track offers through to a sale.

Are the domain valuations guaranteed?

No. Registration facts such as age, registrar and expiry come from public registry data. Valuation ranges, the Peech Score and written analysis are estimates and opinion, not appraisals, financial advice or guarantees of a sale price.

Is trademark screening legal advice?

No. Trademark flags are an automated risk signal only. Consult a qualified attorney before buying or selling a name you believe may conflict with an existing mark.

Do I need my own email account to send outreach?

Yes. Connect your own SMTP mailbox in Settings → Email. Peech sends from your address so replies land in your inbox, and every send is recorded in your email history.

How does contact enrichment billing work?

Contact lookups only run when you click Find email, so you never burn credits by browsing. Results are cached and your monthly usage is shown in the Workspace page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your Workspace page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. See the refunds policy for details.

Something is broken — how do I report it?

Use the feedback button in the top bar of the app, or email support@peech.org with the page you were on and what you expected to happen.
